- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As an existing AmFam customer in another state, I needed to obtain coverage in WA. I first contacted an AmFam agent that I had chosen because he had earned a special certification from AmFam. I provided all the relevant information his office needed to provide a quote. After two days of not receiving a call back, I contacted Kim Mackey. She answered the phone after hours and stayed even later so she could provide me the quotes I was seeking. Although I had received slightly better quotes from a competitor, I went with Kim based on the excellent service she provided.
